WeScanFiles.com is a document scanning Service Company. We are based in the Dallas and Ft. Worth DFW area that specializes in onsite document scanning and management needs in various industries such as medical offices, law firms, and local governments through document scanning, imaging, & paperless solutions. In addition, we are one of the only scanning bureaus that will provide on-site scanning services at your location to ensure document security and peace of mind.

We deliver creative and cutting-edge solutions to our clients by providing them with affordable technology, document management, and business solutions.

These Energy-efficient technologies, open-source software, and web-based applications provide our clients with the tools to increase revenue while lowering administrative overhead.

Any information collected by our business or website will be kept confidential, used for maintaining a professional relationship, and never distributed to any other party.

Quality

WeScanFiles view the quality of our work as one of our top priorities. We guarantee our clients the highest quality in document scanning services. We achieve this by having numerous quality control checks during the imaging and indexing process. During some projects the work can pass through as many as five quality control checks between scanning and completion. This series of checks and balances allows us to provide our clients with a high quality service and complete product.

Infrastructure

We use state of the art technology to complete our work. Our business currently employs high-speed high-volume Canon scanners to handle its document imaging needs. Our equipment is constantly updated with the latest software, firmware, and updates to ensure proper functionality. Our offices are kept secure and monitored security alarms when staff is not present in order to offer our clients complete protection of their data and documents. In addition, all electronic transfers and storage of data are encrypted and secure. Any contractors that are employed, either local or offshore, are held to the same standards for quality and security that we ourselves use.

Purpose

We are a faith based company that believes in giving to our church home, mission organizations, local community, and investing in the lives of its team members. A portion of our income is given to one charitable organization or another. Our management team invests time and resources into organizations in our local community, such as the Red Cross.
